A Short Hike is adamgryu's 2019 cozy exploration game about hiking up a mountain in a peaceful provincial park. This free mod adds VR with a third-person view and a first-person toggle.
Controls Controllers work as a gamepad; click the right stick to switch between third and first person.

Notes
Test build of a BepInEx 5 mod using SteamVR (OpenVR), tested on Quest 3 with the Steam and GOG versions. Third person puts you at the game camera; clicking the right stick switches to first person through Claire's eyes, where you walk where you look and turn with snap or smooth turning. Menus show on a screen and the HUD floats in front of you. Controllers act as a gamepad, and a VR settings menu adjusts the views. No game files included.
