Casualties: Unknown is Orangenose Studio's physics-based survival and medical triage game. This free mod adds PC VR with 6DoF hand tracking for grabbing supplies and treating injuries.
Controls Grab items, bandages, and medical tools with 6DoF tracked hands while moving and turning with the thumbsticks.
