Cold Rails is Vivi's 2026 horror adventure set on a train, where you tend bar for passengers while a mysterious woman stalks the cars. This free mod plays it in PC VR with head tracking and motion controllers.
Controls The controllers act as the game's gamepad, with a laser on the right grip; inventory sits by your left hand and prompts by your right.

How to install
Install summary: Unzip the release into the game folder and start the game with your OpenXR runtime running. Rename winhttp.dll to winhttp.dll.bak to disable the mod.

Notes
Unity 6000.0 IL2CPP x64 URP BepInEx 6 test build using Astien's OpenXR bridge. The controllers act as the game's gamepad (left stick walks, right trigger interacts, right stick turns with snap or smooth, right-stick click recentres, both grips open the VR settings). A laser comes out when you hold the right grip; inventory sits by the left hand and prompts by the right; hold left grip and press Y for the mod's flashlight. Retro pixels can be turned off in Graphics/RemoveRetroPixels or the VR settings. Free, non-commercial. No license file in the repo. No game files included.
