Dead Space is Visceral Games' 2008 sci-fi survival horror game about Isaac Clarke aboard the USG Ishimura. This mod adds first-person stereo VR with motion-controlled weapons and physical interactions.

Controls Aim and steady weapons with your hands, swing for melee, draw from holsters, use Stasis and Kinesis with the left hand, and touch holographic interfaces.

How to install

Install summary: Install the original PC game, run the VR installer and follow its prompts, then launch the game. The installer can also add an optional HD texture pack.

Notes

For the original 2008 game, not the remake. Steam and GOG are supported; the EA App version is not supported. First-person true stereo VR with 6DoF head tracking, roomscale movement and motion-controlled combat. Manual reload and left-handed support are not implemented.
