Dementium: The Ward is Renegade Kid's 2007 survival horror shooter set in a nightmarish hospital, re-released on PC in 2025. This free mod plays it in PC VR with motion controls and physical reloads.
Controls Aim and swing with tracked controllers, reload physically, and check a wrist HUD and a clipboard for settings.

Public tester build of an OpenXR VR mod with stereo 3D, motion-controlled aiming, physical reloads and melee, a wrist HUD, a clipboard for settings and controls, three save slots and fog and haze toggles. Press both thumbsticks for the mod menu; L3 toggles the flashlight. Back up your saves before testing. No game files included.
