Grand Theft Auto IV is Rockstar's 2008 open-world crime game following Niko Bellic through Liberty City. This free mod adds room-scale VR with tracked hands, physical guns and reloads, and wheel driving.

Notes

Single-player first-person stereo VR built on FusionFix: room-scale movement with physical crouching, tracked hands and arms on the character's body, physical firearms with two-handed aiming and manual reloads, tracked punches and melee, grenade and Molotov throws, grabbing and throwing props, and driving by gripping the steering wheel. Wrist radar, dashboard radar and an in-hand phone. Tested only with a Vive and Vive Wands on SteamVR; other controllers need custom SteamVR bindings. Minigames don't work in VR and a full VR playthrough isn't verified; DisableOpenXR=1 in the INI switches back to flat for blocked sections. Hochgeschwindigkeitsrennfahrer's fork (v0.4.1) adds Windows Mixed Reality support. The dev notes the code was written with AI. No game files included.
