Mafia II (Classic) is 2K Czech's 2010 open-world crime story about Vito Scaletta climbing the Empire Bay underworld. This free OpenXR mod plays it in PC VR with tracked hands, weapons and a hand-turned wheel.
Controls Hands and weapons follow your controllers, with a hand-turned wheel, gesture weapon switches, manual reloads and punch combat.

Notes
OpenXR / SteamVR alpha for Mafia II Classic: native stereo (optional AFR), 6DoF head tracking, motion-controller hands and weapons with arm IK, a hand-turned steering wheel, wrist map HUD, gesture weapon switching, manual reloads and punch combat. Cutscenes and menus stay flat. Early build; story progress can still hit bugs. Freeware. Tested on Quest 2; other headset profiles are untested. No game files included.
