X4: Foundations is Egosoft's 2018 space sim of flying, trading, fighting and building across a living universe. This free mod adds stereo VR with 6DoF head tracking for the cockpit and on foot.

Notes
Stereo cockpit flight and on-foot walking with full 6DoF head tracking: the world, cockpit and HUD follow your head, the HUD can be pushed back to a comfortable distance, and map, inventory and trading menus show on a flat virtual screen with the mouse cursor. Ctrl+F11 switches to the flat screen at any time. SteamVR (OpenVR) by default, with an experimental OpenXR option and an experimental native Linux build. Supports X4 9.00 and 8.00. MIT. No game files included.
