Outlast is Red Barrels' first-person survival horror game set in the Mount Massive Asylum. This free mod brings it to VR with full hand tracking, a camcorder you raise to your eye, and hand-over-hand climbing.
Controls Tracked hands open doors, climb ledges and raise the camcorder from your hip; walk and turn with the sticks, with room-scale and real crouching.

Copy the mod into Outlast's Binaries\Win64 folder, start your VR runtime, then run the included launcher and choose Play in VR. See the official install instructions above for full steps.

Full head and hand tracking: the camcorder hangs on your hip and is raised to your eye to film and see in night vision, ledges and rungs are climbed hand over hand, doors are pushed or swung by hand, and room-scale movement and real crouching are supported. PC VR streaming only; the launcher installs and uninstalls the mod. No game files included.
