About
Free fan mod (GPL-3.0), early public alpha with near-daily releases since v0.1.1 (2026-10-07). Native stereo through the game's own renderer, 6DoF head and hands, physical web swinging with your arms, wrist web shooter, motion punches with called blows, gadget wheel, wall walking, slow motion; SPIDY VR tab in the game's Settings. Full motion controls (developed on Quest 3 via Virtual Desktop); menus and cutscenes on a 3D screen with the Touch controllers acting as an Xbox pad. Known issues: game updates break it until Spidy updates; if Steam or the game runs as administrator, use the launcher's Restart as administrator. Linux/Proton is experimental (docs/LINUX.md). README: players report good performance on lower settings with a GTX 1080 and 16 GB RAM; built with heavy AI assistance. Dev's own trailer and setup guide: youtube.com/@lianmez. Game files: the launcher checks for the one supported Steam build (a newer game update needs a Spidy update); an Epic copy of the same version is untested per the README.
Controls 6DoF head and hands: web-swing with your arms and throw punches by motion. The Touch controllers act as an Xbox controller in menus.
