Sideload the APK onto your Quest with SideQuest or adb (or build it from source), then add the game data from your own copy of Homeworld. See the official install instructions above for full steps.
About
Room-scale RTS; tested on Quest 3 only. Needed files: Homeworld.big, HW_Music.wxd, HW_Comp.vce (the Remastered Collection's Homeworld1Classic Data works).
Controls RTS played with an aim ray: the right controller points to select, order and zoom, and you can draw fleet routes freehand.
