Halo: Combat Evolved is Bungie's 2001 Xbox sci-fi first-person shooter. This free mod runs it natively on the Steam Frame with tracked aiming and campaign co-op, installed from a Windows PC.
Controls Tracked controller aiming with head-directed walking and Xbox-style buttons; punch to melee (or press B), and an optional two-grip Warthog wheel.

Run the Windows installer, connect your Frame in Developer Mode over USB or SSH, choose your own Xbox game data and storage, and it builds and installs the game on the headset. See the official install instructions above for full steps.

Installer for startupfoundry's OpenH1, with its own control patches. Credits astromaddie's HaloCE-VR for menu and radar ideas. Dev's Frame testing: "USA Rev 2 was validated with the stable installer" and "The tester confirmed Test9 worked on their Frame." LAN and online campaign co-op.
